INVICTA shares knowledge during ESHRE Annual Meeting 2018

Annual Meeting of ESHRE (European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology) is a great opportunity for knowledge exchange among professionals from all over the world. Our experts gladly share their experiences with others.

Today Joanna Liss, PhD, Senior Embryologist ESHRE, manager of In vitro Laboratories at INVICTA Fertility Clinics, gave a lecture about Genetics aspects of embryo development.  During the session for Polish IVF practitioners she explained nuances of gametes maturation, genetic factors influencing early stages of embryonic development and possible treatment options.

Dr Liss has also been invited to be part of an international expert working group responsible for formulation of embryo biopsy standards for PGT. First meeting live took place today in Barcelona. We are waiting for its results.

During ESHRE Congress our scientific team also presents main conclusions from latest research and R&D projects. This year we are presenting three abstracts which are available for viewing during the meeting:

  • Clinical pregnancies achieved after embryo transfer date adjustment based on novel endometrium receptivity test  -  Lukaszuk, R. Lenckowski, W. Sieg, G. Jakiel, W. Kuczynski, K. Lukaszuk
  • Multiple consecutive stimulation cycles as a method to shorten duration of infertility treatment - K. Łukaszuk, J. Palaszewski, M. Jakubow, A. Lukaszuk, M. Kunicki
  • Next-generation sequencing (NGS) based preimplantation genetic testing for products of reciprocal translocation (PGT-TR) improves diagnosis of the patients by verification of their classical karyotyping results –  Cybulska, M. Mickiewicz, M. Zborowska, J. Liss, K. Lukaszuk.
